The bed was too hard and both of us got up the next morning and could hardly walk because of back pains.

Very clean

One desk chair and a bed. Needed a chair to sit on and relax. The computer chair it did have wasn't very comfortable. This place was one piece of furniture away from me giving a 10.

Hotel owner & the 2 other front desk staff were extremely kind & courteous during my stay. My truck broke down as I arrived & Staff allowed me to leave it there after check out & fix it there.

Everything was great!

Location is great..... staffis is average

TV didn?t work, that happens but was supposed to get fixed the next day and it didn't happen. We had to repack and change rooms.

Decor was nice.

Walls too thin. Could hear voices in next room. Could not set heating system for constant fan. I wanted the fan on because of voices from next room and I am used to the noise of the fan on our air cleaner being on at home.

Clean room, newly remodeled room and bathroom with new furniture. Comfortable bed and linens. Plenty of tv channels to watch. Plenty of parking.

Seemed to be contractor accommodations which meant a little rowdiness in the hallways in the afternoons but it settled down after a little while.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, updated fixtures, quiet area.

Wish there was a way to have a breakfast option

No breakfast. Only restaurant close by was McDonalds.

The staff was professional and friendly, creating a welcoming and clean atmosphere. Convenient door access made it easy to reach the rooms.

Our room air unit made the room humid, beds were uncomfortably firm, flat pillows had no support, and the 3rd floor had a constant curry smell all week. Needless to say, our sleep quality was severely impacted. Perhaps the 2nd floor would be better??

Cheaper than the other hotels in the area and decent location.

They require a $100 cash or card deposit that is refundable, however they do not accept debit cards like most other hotels. Instead they have an ATM in the front that charges $3. No breakfast.

Clean room, good shower pressure, comfortable bed

The night attendant was very pleasant with us every night. He greeted us with a smile and offered to help us.

I¿ve stayed here multiple times and it is consistently clean, the rooms better than one might expect at this price level but the staff is a part of why I return. I¿ve never encountered a staff person of any level who wasn¿t cheerful and pleasant

This matters very little to me but while located very conveniently to I 64, there are almost no restaurant options close by and no breakfast (again I care very little). This might matter to some.

The location and the rooms I've stayed in were always clean.

This stay they had a sign that dogs were allowed -though they were to be with the ones who brought them. In the morning I heard a number of dogs barking and wondered what those rooms looked like. Otherwise my stay was good!

This is an excellent pet friendly hotel in this price range. They have well defined policies for pets, and staff was very friendly. Incidental charge is required, but it was not processed, since room passed inspection.

It is very clean and the staff friendly. It is in an easy get in and get out location. The parking lot is well lit which is great for women traveling alone or with kids. The beds are comfortable and great water pressure.
