The Villas at French Lick Springs

Very dated decor, It has not been changed since the 80s and it looks like it was all bought at Dollar General. There were lots of areas outside that need repairs and maintenance. IE,Loose nails in decks, very simple things to do. The room was clean.

Some of The 1 Bedroom Units Are On 2nd Floor With Steps, I Am Sure The Stuff Would Have Given Me A 1st Floor if Requested.

Very roomy for our family of 8. We didn?t stay long and which we had.

Kinda out dated but it worked. The door knobs to the bedrooms should be updated. They were loose and dented. Also got locked out and hard to get back in.

Location

The cleanliness could have been better. Doorways had spiderwebs, balcony full of spider webs and dead moth in bathroom floor. Really need a broom ¿¿ taken to things. I¿ve stayed in the two bedroom building and they seem to be kept up better than 1 bedro

I loved being able to come and go as I pleased. Being able to have access to the resort was great along with a 20% off of certain services.

I wish the hiking trail would've been a little more matained but it didn't stop me from using it.

More room than a hotel. It¿s like not leaving home.

Full kitchen with dishwasher. We will definitely be back.

I loved everything about the villa! Great location,clean,comfortable,and also very affordable!

Close to the golf courses.

Kitchen needed to be sprayed for ants, they were terrible. Had ant traps all down the counters.

Quiet retreat. Surrounded by trees and sets upon nicely manicured, rugged terrain.

Outdated (1970s) decor. WIFI wasn't sufficient to opportate the facility's own TVs.

It was quiet with great privacy.

For the money that we paid I was very disappointed in the fold-out couch bed. I would think most people that come are bringing their families and are going to rely on the fold-out couch bed. My daughter had to sleep on the actual couch the next evening because the bed was so uncomfortable. Again with the money that you spend to stay there I would think it could be used to upgrade some of the amenities in the room

Loved the location. Loved the cleanliness of the unit. Liked the ease of getting into the unit.

There were no blackout curtains in main bedroom. Unit one of condo one is very close to were French Lick Springs gets deliveries so we were woken by that.

We love the location and fireplace.

It's time to update the decor.. We really need new mattresses in the king room.

Lots of space, good location. Fireplace that you can burn wood. They give you a duralog each night of your stay.

Carpet around bathtub downstairs.

Very close to everything, yet still very private. Gorgeous views, and the deer were coming out almost everyday. Pool was warm so perfect for the kids! Clean space, lots of space in the two bedroom suite!

Lacking in utensils, and pots and pans, no seasonings or cooking basics but not a problem as dollar store was within walking distance. Slightly “outdated” but gave it an amazing rustic feel!

Good value and kitchen well equipped.

Sleeper needs to be replaced. Coils coming through a very thin mattress and very stained.

My whole family loves that the outdoor pools were open b4 n after summer according to the weather n everyone is friendly n the food we ate on site was delicious

Villa #36 was very nice. Two bedroom with one upstairs bathroom and one main level bath and a sofa bed. Kitchen is due for an update but was very usable and well equipped. Range top worked well ...the oven "button to start" did not..so I left them a message and didnt bake my pizzas! We would book again and recommend.

The villa is NOT a new property. It has been updated somewhat and I would think a kitchen and upper bathroom update is in the future. Regardless it was a nice, clean place to stay and we would reserve again and recommend.

Love the convenience and location of the Villas. Lots of space to spread out with the comforts of home.

Could definitely use some updating. It was very clean but had an "old" smell. The curtains to the large window came off most of the hooks so it was just hanging. Such a beautiful condo and could be so much better with some cosmetics updates.

We've stayed a few times now.. First time in the 2 bedroom unit.. Interior are a tad outdated but we feel like it adds to the charm..
