Friendly and hey staff, super clean property, comfy rooms.

How friendly the staff is especially Hotel employee. We?ve stayed here before and he remembered us. It?s always clean.

Check-in was easy. The facility, including my room, was sparkly clean. Breakfast was much better than i expected at this affordable room rate: good selection of items, well-stocked and very clean. Morning staff were stellar! Total win!

Hotel employee was absolutely the best!!! He was extremely friendly and helpful! We enjoyed hanging out in the lobby once we got back from our concert!!! Great area to wind down after night out!!! We will definitely choose this place the next time we are near!!!

My husband¿s flight from Dallas was canceled. He wasn¿t able to get a flight out until the next day. I called the hotel and explained the situation and they checked him in so that he wouldn¿t loose his room. Excellent customer service!

It was clean. When we go to Fort Wayne this is where we stay. Michael at the front desk is the best. He¿s very friendly, always willing to help and always has a smile.

The bed was hard as a rock but that¿s just my opinion.

The feel of the hotel was cool and modern. Loved the pool table in the lobby! My room had a broken backdrop to my blinds the staff got me a new room when the blinds couldnt be fixed. Very attentive staff!!

The hotel breakfast was pretty crappy and no vanilla creamer for the coffee. Lol gotta have french vanilla creamer!

The staff was very friendly, the hotel was clean, and the breakfast was good.

Big TV, breakfast and pool.

Called before booking and was told there was a microwave in the room and a hot tub by the pool. This is the only reason I didn¿t give a 10 out of 10 for everything

I love the eco friendliness (shampoo, lotion soap in a refillable container.). elimination the use of plastic bags for garbage and ice-containers and the refill stations for water. and no carpet!!!

Took grandchildren to use the pool for the day. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Clean rooms and public areas. Pleantiful breakfast buffet. Nice indoor swimming pool.

Elevator broken, pillows were horrible, front desk associate looked like he hated his job.

Staff was amazing. Professional and kind.

In the King room it has only a desk chair. You must have some sort of chair with footstool or recliner. That is not comfortable or relaxing.

Very clean. No carpet.

Very noisy. Traffic noise was loud. Could hear other people very clear.

Great location for basketball tournament and had pool table in the lobby for the players to enjoy when they weren't playing basketball.

After we turned on the heat the room started to smell like something real bad.

We've had great experiences here before, but our experience this stay was unprofessional and inappropriate. We checked in late because we were working all day and see over 40 people drinking, hanging out in the crowded lobby with no-one wearing masks.

The staff was generally rude or inappropriate. They seemed to be profiling our group. At checkin, we were told that "if we were going to party and be loud we should come to the lobby and drink since there have been complaints of noise." Is that standard?
