no maid service, and we not informed about that. a maid abandoned a cart in front of our room for more than 12 hours. the breakfast omelettes were terrible...were there even eggs in it? The staff was indifferent to providing customer service.
Nice smelling clean room. Breakfast was great!
Although the has new silent heater air furnace , My room is at street side . I can hear ambulance sirens many times at night.

Location was amazing, the king suite was so spacious. Breakfast was above average. Rooftop bar was cool. Definitely felt like higher than 2.5 star hotel.
I wish we were not placed in a handicap accessible room. Those should be saved for those with need. We had to come to front desk for enough towels, toilet paper, and toiletries.
Worst experience at a Hampton Inn! No one at front desk with ten people in line. Had to go to the door and seek help, happened 2x Room dirty. Used towels, missing towels. Charged extra $193 and $100 after I already paid for room! Still pending.

It was so loud from the road noise. Could barely sleep with a sound machine trying to drown out sounds of traffic all night long

We were approached in such a positive way by all of the staff around us wanting to know if we were happy and well served. We were in town for a concert at the Embassy.
Location was great being next to the convention center. They had additional staff posted as I assume "customer service" reps (I travel A LOT, and I don't see this very often). There grounds outside were inviting and equipped with fire pits (cool eve.)
