Hampton Inn Ft. Wayne-Southwest

Size of room. Comfortable king bed.

Showing its age...several broken things in "kitchen" area of suite. Breakfast was underwhelming. Everything was just okay. Would select a different hotel next time I am staying in Fort Wayne.

The motor on the hot tub was so loud it can be heard in the hallway. Second one the hot tub filthy there's dried up soap and hair all over. The pool bathroom had tissue all over the floor and hanging out the toilet. The oatmeal was not done.

Very quiet location. It's close to the interstate, but I didn't hear traffic noise.

Great location close to shopping highway and restaurants. Friendly staff. The only thing I noticed was the baseboards in the bathroom we're peeling looked like they need to be repaired just a little tacky other than the room was clean.

Staff charged for bottle of water at check in- all other locations its free. Room need sone restorations, looking really used.

Privacy and it was quiet.. Breakfast was Amazing..and I was able to take it back to my room...

Quiet location, clean room.

Although I don't always stare out the Window during my stay, I'd still prefer a view other than what I had. The only view I had was a roof obstructed by air conditioning equipment and pipes. Room 227 should be used for storage.

I liked the location. The rooms were nice. The staff were excellent.

I chose this hotel because it was per friendly, but they charged us $75 for our dog to stay. Apparently if you stay one night or ten nights its the same price, but really?

Nice staff, good coffee, good food, clean

Cracked toilet lid, food cold (because of covid) but could warm in microwave. Still had to touch handles to get the breakfast sandwiches so not sure why they couldn¿t have served them warm. Overall clean hotel and nice stay! Staff was very nice!

Appreciated the breakfast and that their pool was open..

We found 2 beer bottle caps and a fake fingernail in our room. Yuck! The pool was also pretty chilly.

There is no excuses for polyester sheets. None.

Lack of hot water, lumpy pillows, and lack of maid service. We found a previous guest's sock under the dust ruffle. Evidence that the room wasn't cleaned well, before our visit.

Room was clean and staff was very kind.

Not quiet. Could easily hear other guests in hallways or adjacent rooms. Bathtub was partially clogged and filled during shower.

Hampton Inns never disappoint. Everything was fine: bedding, towels, front desk personnel, cleanliness.

The staff was friendly and always ready to help. They always offered us free bottled water and popcorn even though they sold items from their store.

I booked for 4 nights and they don't tell you that you don't get any room service for the entire stay without requesting it. No trash removal, no towels, nothing. My beds never needed making, but I would loved to have had my trash taken and fresh towel.
