Hotel employee and her staff especially her housekeeping staff that never comes to the rooms are liars and thieves. The plumbing is horrible you literally have to stand in your dirty water while showering. No adequate housekeeping. Place falling apart like hotel employee

Clean and friendly staff.

We heard traffic from the highway right outside our windows day and night. Not enough seating for breakfast buffet.

Location was convenient

18" of black mold around top of tub; sink did not drain--unable to share b/c of this...tub did not drain--showered in standing water...dirty towel in tub upon arrival. Refrigerator did not work at all; unusable.

The hotel seemed old and dingy as I?m a traveler for work I needed to use the business center which hotel says it has and you see a picture of it online but when I went to use the business and there was no computer, there was a printer with complicated

Price. Location.

Yes. All outside exit doors did NOT work with room keys. Major OSHA safety violations. Clocks were all an hour behind and I left sick

The man who did the breakfast he was amazing. Also the young gentleman who worked the front at night. He talked to the guest who yelled at me in the elevator and at the front desk.

I had ants in my room on the floor and the room was really small and the small refrigerator that was under the tv was funky and I believe didn?t work. The ants were on the bathroom sink as well. I didn?t report it and nobody came to see. I want a refund

no microwave in room so they upgraded us to a suite which was wonderful

Hampton Inns are usually good (value) and come with a level of expectations.

With Hampton Inn hotels, I have a certain level of expectation. The property was fairly clean although the stairwell steps were very dirty along with the outside looking a bit run down. The breakfast was OK, but not like expected at a Hampton.

Asst. Mgr was great , resolved big issue during my stay.

The $10 daily parking fee , never paid to park at Hampton property before this trip...

Road noise. Hallway noise, children allowed to run around at 11 oclock at night.

I have stayed here many times. The place has gone down in quality quite rapidly and there seems to be no desire to renovate or care for it. It does not live up to the Hilton brand at all now.

The hotel is dirty from the entrance through the hallways and even the rooms. The walls are damaged and stained. The hall and room carpets are soiled. The tv in my room had a loud reverberating sound that would not stop. The food prep area is unsafe.

Room smelled, it was dirty and the front staff was anything but helpful. Slipped in the tub since there was no grip. The sink faucet was too small and water got everywhere and the fridge didn't work. Not a 2.5 star hotel!

The breakfast wasn't bad.

The front staff member was not welcoming and was giving us a hard time about having to pay even though the room was paid. Then the fridge in our room didn't work and they told us to see if it was unplugged...it was not. The room was dirty too.

Location was good, close to highway but noisy since our room faced the highway.

Free wifi was only available after giving personal phone number and email which I greatly resented.

Yes everything!! The are very rude and the hotel is not up to standards like the other Hampton INN. I had Nats in my room,no hot water, and my phone didn't work in room that's crazy for a --- a night and I had to upgrade to a suite just to get a microwave

This hotel was located near the expressway which was not far from the Parkview Hospital and major stores.

I was on the 3rd floor, room facing the expressway, so it wasn't a quiet stay ;( Upon my arrival there were dirty towels outside of my door, not to mention quite a few gnats in my room. Glad I brought a can of Lysol. Mold on bathroom ceiling.

It was clean and had good amenities. Staff was friendly.

It did not have blackout curtains. They had been removed. They really should replace them.

My headboard fell off the wall while I was away. Staff was very responsive and fixed it while Inqas out for the day

Water pressure was horrible.

The suite was spacious, comfortable and clean. The breakfast was more than adequate and had some nice choices.

The $10 parking fee seems ridiculous. There are several adjacent hotels with free parking.
