- Our room was as expected breakfast was okay but the sooner you got there the better- nothing was replaced, muffins, waffle mix, yogurt… all was gone by 9:00 am.

- They are in construction and they was nothing in the website about this and they claim it is in all websites I reserved because of the pool and it was close I woke up two days because of construction noise, bathroom was nasty need to be clean
- The pool was closed- it was not closed when we made our reservation so we didn’t get a warning (or discount) and the work-out room was also closed and my track running son planned to use it. The breakfast food was not replaced so if you wanted waffles, yogurt, or muffins you had to be early…
- Under construction. Phone in roon didn't work. No tv. When I brought these concerns up to the receptionist, she said it was caused by the snow storm. There was no snow storm, only very cold temps. She also did not offer any compensation for the things that were not working. Not even a bottle of water.

The windows shades would not close. Zero privacy!The shower curtain wasn't long enough to keep water in so had to clean up multiple water puddles.
