Hilton Fort Wayne at the Grand Wayne Convention Center

Of the main hotels in the downtown area, it’s the least expensive. The location is central to a lot of restaurants and attractions.

Although the room was large, outside the window was rooftop hvac units that growled loudly all the time. Street side rooms aren’t much better on the lower floors. The bathroom floor was sticky and there was a piss stain down the front of the toilet.

Security - addict in lobby asking for money. 40 customers in bar and 1 bartender. Asked restraunt server for hot tea and she could helped. When I arrived (5 pm) no one at counter.

Location to the convention center

The toilet flapper had a leak, so 1/2 the time, it wouldn?t flush. They sent up a security guy because maintenance was gone-why bother? It was still not working well the next day. Also a dog barking most of the evening on my floor.

The furniture in the room was really showing a lot of wear and tear. The shampoo and shower gel dispensers were empty.

I liked the location

It was dirty. The pool was nasty and grimy, and the staff was rude.

The location is good, walking distance to many places. Bed was comfortable and the overall room was good sized. Had a city view room on the top floor so we got to see the top of the parking garage.

The room was a little dirty, mainly the walls and bathroom doors. Definitely needed a deep cleaning. Hotel food is expensive, but other restaurants are close. Parking isnt free, $15 a day across the street. Bath towels are a bit thin, ask for extra.

Housekeeping come knocking on the door at 8am before and surrounding were noisy. You could hear everything outside walls really thin and very disturbing.

Everything was great! I actually used to work in the dining area there about 25 yrs ago. Staff was excellent, the only thing I would suggest is updating the rooms.

The rooms are out dated and need updating.

Staff terrible! Location difficult and noisy! Unable to get Ubers. Would never stay there again!! Actually the best thing about it was the Starbucks in the lobby!!

Decent rooms that were clean and functional. Great mix of TV channels; decent views out the window and a pleasant lobby area with a restaurant. Parking was included.

Food prices at restaurant were very high; area around hotel did not feel safe for walking.

I a very nice stay at the Fort Wayne Hilton. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was as expected. The room was clean and tidy, despite some of these reviews, haters will always hate lol. I have no complaints overall.

Room was very dusty when we checked in. Housekeeping clean room every 5 days. I can see they are trying to save money on housekeeping but room should be clean when you check in.

The hotel room was not as clean as expected. The previous guest's towels were outside of our room the whole stay. We even informed the front desk, and they still were not removed.

The restaurant area did its best to handle the crowd they had. The front desk is to scripted and did know how to resolve conflict. The manager even didnt understand. I had to call Hilton. The hotel overall was nice, clean, and secured.

The tub was filthy with hair packed in drain, ceiling was peeling. Maintenance replaced the drain and said it takes 2 hours to dry. Front desk didnt want me to extend check out! Then the maintenance worked on the buffet stem tables with no gloves!

Getting a disability room. Shower water runs out into the toilet area!

The front staff was amazing and friendly. Located in an area that made it easy find places to eat and drink. On site true Starbucks is a bonus.

Bar could open a lil earlier but that¿s only because I checked in a lil earlier then normal. Haha
