- The location
- We lost my room key and when asked for another they did not ID us. They basically would give a key to anyone who said they lost their key without checking to see if they are on your reservations. Soooooo scary this area is bad so this isn't a safe hotel
- Great customer service and food.
Cons -
- My room was booked a week before but when I arrived my room keys didn't work I had to sit in the hallway for five min before anything was corrected I was assigned a different room because it wasn't ready (How could that not be known before my arrival) and then the room i was assigned to was dusty (Housekeeping needs to be inspected)
- All dirty, old, moldy, very nasty
- TVs need to be upgraded to "smart"

Convinced to theater
Some construction going on our floor #7 alittle too early!!! Maybe wait til check out time before doing any repairs etc.
