Very clean and good location

The breakfast was poor at best and the dining room was untidy. No toast, pancakes, waffles?

The front desk clerk was extremely helpful and kind. He had a lot of things happening at once but he made the time to make sure we had everything we needed, etc.

There was a bug found and staff insulted my family, once we tore the bed apart to look for more we found what appeared to be dry semen on the fitted sheet on one of the mattresses. There was puke in the pool and surrounding the pool, there wasn’t any meat for breakfast and not many hot food options.

The breakfast was fine, would of been nice if there was some muffins, and the bacon cooked a little more. We didn't see any microwave to heat up anything

Showers and pool were both not very warm at all. We came to celebrate my child’s birthday and go swimming, but the pool was very small and just mediocre. Decent but not great.

Our key didn’t work and we had to get another one when we checked in. The pool was extremely small.

I loved the cleanliness of the room and bathroom. There was plenty of space in the room for my partner and I to get ready everyday. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Very comfortable bed as well!

The breakfast was very lacking, very disappointed with that. The little commissary by the front desk kind of made up for it I guess. Our room was right above the fire pit area and there were some young adults drinking and getting quite loud late into the night that kept us up until about 1am, but it was labor day weekend to be fair.

The breakfast was delicious! There were quite a few big families when we stayed so there may be couldn't have been a little more food but it was delicious

The pool didn't open at 10 as advertised as it was being cleaned ... With check out time being 12 it meant we weren't able to use the pool that morning but it wasn't that big of a deal as there were many big families with lots of kids that would have made having room in the pool not comfortable anyways.

Location was convenient to my trip.

Breakfast was way late. Desk attendant on her phone never offered to help breakfast staff. Carpets are filthy in common areas.

The only reason it’s not a 10 is because we had to switch rooms due to a knocking window all night. Then when we got to our new room, none of the streaming options would work for the TV. Other than that it was a great stay.

Everything ! Easy check in. Very friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful breakfast. Very clean facilities.

Pool is very small it was hard to enjoy because there were so many people.. however the following day there was nobody in the pool and it was a lot more enjoyable and you could actually move around a little bit..

We loved the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms but hotel itself hallways lounge etc seemed dated and woken multiple times by hallway activity late night & very early in the am was loud could hear tvs doors slamming shut etc

Noise & facility not updated but loved updated comfortable and clean rooms and suite style/fridge area

The lady who checked us in, had no clue about anything and gave me a key that did not work otherwise our stay was very nice.

The room and the bed were the best we have had on this trip. The shower had two doors so you stay warm. Nice size room.

A bit dark and television placement seemed odd to me. We arrrived for breakfast at 9:00 and it was obvious eggs and other hot food had been sitting there awhile. No bread just bagels and 1 muffin.

Room was very clean. Breakfast options weren't bad at all. Pool was clean and staff was very polite and helpful.

Easy access from the freeway. Close to downtown. Staff were incredibly helpful. Specifically Caleb who greeted us on Saturday night.
