Hampton Inn Ft. Wayne/Dupont Road

It was old, dirty and not well kept.

The hot tub! It’s the reason we booked this hotel. It that many left at hotels.

Carpet in the hallway was disgusting. Pillows were absolutely terrible. Coffee was soooo watered down.

The location and how spacious the room was.

The main curtain(room 423), did not close all the way. It didn't bother me that much since I was on a higher floor.

Breakfast/Shower/bed were only good thing.

The Hotel pool area was in dire need of attention. Standing water everywhere. The toilet was overflowed with feces and toilet paper. Elevators would only go to certain floors, so had to take stairs..very bad knees.

The staff was fantastic.

The toilets were not tall enough for an adult to sit on. If you have bad knees or hips you can squat but never get low enough to find the seat. And the bed was so high you needed a stepping stool to get in it. But once in it you were very comfortable

No toilet paper provided in room . Had to go ask . Beds like a hard board. Suppose to be on a non smoking floor but smelled like stale cigarettes Bagar. Floor had Sticky of spots of filth. Phones didn¿t work to call front desk. The room wasn¿t worth 130.

We arrived at our room and it smelled like cigarette smoke. We found cigarettes ashes in the bathroom. The room could have been a lot cleaner. The lamps and nightstand had dust on them. The carpet in the halls need to be replaced badly. Stains and smelly

I enjoyed the front desk staff. They were all very friendly and helpful.

The bed was too hard, my back hurt in the morning. Normally at Hamptons I have never had that problem. The tv had no tv guide channel and few channels, no towel rack in the bathroom and no toilet paper holder, it sat on the counter. Very odd.

Staff at time if stay were wonderful.

We paid more to stay at this particular hotel due to it having a hot tub with the pool. The hot tub was closed the entire stay. And then I was charged 30.00 extra dollars and there is also still a 30.00 hold sitting on my c.c for over 2 weeks now.

Beds were comfortable

Unclean hotel, needs major cleaning . Elevator carpets smell, room carpet smells and hall carpets super stained n dirty looking. Overall disappointed because usually Hampton Hotels are clean. Once you walk in you can see it¿s not orderly n clean looki

Nice pool and hot tub, lots of options at breakfast, and a pack-n-play to borrow.

There was some cleaning missed in our room, but it was clean enough.

Clean room with friendly staff, breakfast was great.

Only the billing, the company held a charge pending on my credit card for almost a week.

The room we had was much larger than expected liked also that there was a walk in shower. All the staff were very friendly breakfast was very good and the lady there was so nice and helpful with the waffle incident I had

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. It had a nice large indoor pool and hot tub.

The hotel staff was very friendly and they had one of the best breakfasts I've ever had staying at a hotel. There was a great variety of foods!

The pool hours made it impossible for us to swim during our stay there.

We stayed at this hotel for a weekend away, we live about an hour away. We loved it! Very clean and nice pool and great beeakfast! We will deffinately be coming back!

My only complaint is the pillows were very uncomfortable.
