Rooms very dirty. Sinks stopped up. Rooms smells very bad like dirty dogs. Pillow case has food on them. Shower dirty. No tissue in room. Overall horrible experience

Was looking forward to an enjoyable relaxing weekend. Hot tub was not working as they had mechanical issues. Then I asked for late checkout and was told 11AM was latest and anything after that was an extra $69. Was disappointed ¿¿

Friendly and attentive staff, clean and spacious rooms, hotel location accessible to all the places we went to. Will stay with this hotel in our future travels. Really happy with our choice!

Placement of TV was poor and didn't swivel around for viewing in bed!

No parking had to park at another hotel and walk. Dirty cabinets, dirty shower with big blood stain on shower curtain, didnt get breakfast was not prepared in time, when i asked about parking the desk attendent was very rude. Needs an overhaul!!

Bottom of shower cuter was BLACK with mold, very disgusting especially seeing it while taking a shower

Wet towel in one drawer, cough drops in another. Floors not vacuumed throughout the hotel. Front desk girl was rude.

Cleanliness and service. First room we checked in had remnants of marijuana in the drawer and the room reeked of it. Hotel switched our room. After 5 days our room was not cleaned and they promised they would come the next day, which they did not.

Management sucks, always doing construction, the pungent smell made me sick!

The layout and the amount of space in the single king bed suite. Their breakfast is very good too! Real eggs and not poured from a carton. The gravy for the biscuits was perfectly seasoned.

Staff wasn't always readily available at the front desk. I wasn't told at the time of check-in what time breakfast is served or what the check-out time is for the next day, so I had to call the front desk that next morning for that info.

The big issues were the temperature of the room and the light in the room at night. On the couch the room was cold. A.C. could not be adjusted. In the area where the bed was it was stuffy and the drapes would not close to block light.

The staff was incredibly accommodating especially given all the teams there that weekend. There was a basketball hoop and grilling area. We will definitely return for next year's tournament.

I didn't like the fact that no one told me that breakfast ended at 9am.

I loved the comfortable clean bed. The hotel was quiet and clean.
