- The staff at the front desk were exceptionally friendly. Made us feel so welcome. I’ve never had better hospitality anywhere.
- Hotel was clean and fresh. The staff was polite and very helpful, The detail throughout the hotel was nice.
- The property was excellent and the staff was great.
Cons -
- The blonde bartender with curly hair was extremely rude and never asked us if we needed anything or how our food was. Seemed like she was irritated that we were sitting at the bar. It was very disappointing because everyone else working down to the cleaning crew were so friendly!
- The fact they price gouged do to local sporting event was disappointing. $460 for one night. The couch in the room was uncomfortable.

The location is excellent, close to good restaurants and Nickel Plate trail
