Convenient and location

The bed was too hard and made noises went you got in or out of the bed or moved.

Clean, comfortable room for a great price!

Security door was open all night and by the next day the handle had been ripped off. Staff is overworked causing delay at check in. No utensils at the kitchen other than cheap paper cups wrapped in plastic. Overall run down sump charging expensive prices.

Hotel room was clean. Pinesol smell was very strong and overwhelming

They had me booked in and out of there on a Wednesday night stay and i had just arrived to stay for my scheduled Thursday and Friday night stays. Then they wanted me to pay $--- a night. How do I go about getting my $85 back .

It's not friendly to the customer. I then went next door to Best Western for $--- a night . Great time

Nothing. Do not stay here, they have bed bugs.

They have bed bugs, do not stay here. We found 2 bed bugs in our bed. The front desk seemed unbothered.

Very nice fukk kitchen w/real silverware, steak knives, real cups and plates and shower was above adverage too. Very clean, nice neighborhood, friendly staff.

bath, tub floor needs a non-skid mat.

The only complaint is that they don¿t have shampoo, lotion, and conditioner like most hotels but we came prepared

Th staff are very rude, especially the general manager. Things would come up missing in my room when I would leave. They made me move rooms in the middle of my stay for no reason. Very dissapointed. And the police pull u over for no reason.

The staff was extremely nice, but is the only positive thing I can say.

Checked out within 3 hours of checking in(including time we left & went to dinner). Hotel had horrible smell, wasn't safe & police went flying through the lobby(desk clerk wasn't even phased). Spoke to a police outside & he said do not stay @ this hotel

There were several things. I did not feel safe (LG dog barking in hallway), the bathroom toilet had black moldy stuff around bowl, the carpet in hallways was not clean, we smelled marijuana as we walked to our room. No password for WiFi given

It was a filthy hotel. Cleaning is severely lacking, it smelled horrible.

Near I-69.

Unsavory characters and guests. The smell inside the hotel and only one elrvator. Not clean.

Staff was really nice. Good location .. room was overall clean

The hotel was close to where we were going. It was pet friendly so we could bring our dog with us.

the room had roaches, we saw 2 roaches in the room,the bed sheets were dirty, there was only one garabge can in the whole room.

Location was accessible to food and grocery, next to highway, and quiet area

The guests above me were extremely loud and pounding around. Staff was made aware several times, guests became louder and more disruptive. Issue was never resolved. Should have called the police. This is a franchise motel, not run by corporate.
