- The manager was fantastic. We observed him defusing situations and handling a long line with composure and kept a smile on his face & in his voice the entire time!

- There was blood on comforter and the couch had a big bleach stain on it as well as a blood stain on it.
- Carpet in room had a stain
- The bed was not comfortable. The pillow had makeup on it. The view was a brick wall. The TV had terrible channels.
