The view was nice of the hills/nature in the rear of hotel, good space, free parking

The pool was closed, I knew in advance but i'm sure the rating would be higher if I had access. The casino is super smoke-filled, a bit tough with allergies. Bed more firm than I prefer.

Easy parking and sign-in process. Coffee in room is perfect touch.

Pool was not open because of flood a few weeks ago. We went to swim and didn't know until we checked in. Room service closed. All but 1 of the casino restaurants were closed. Did not know we were booking a dead day with a broken pool.

Pool/hot tub closed and no notice, workers on strike made it difficult to get in and was unwelcoming. Room was dirty, hair and stuff all over bathroom floor

Yes,we booked 2 nights 2 months ago a nonsmoking room.They tell us not available when we check in.

Having a room on 3rd floor was nice.

The entrance to the hotel was difficult to find. Food for breakfast was more expensive than i am used to. Getting rides out of the hotel was not easy.

A nice get away from the city.

No hot water . Windows were covered in Plastic and could not see out of the room. Staff not sympathetic about issues with the room.

There should be microwaves available considered the fact that it's such an isolated area! The pool is extremely cold and there are only a few staff members who have been friendly with us.

Beautiful trail in the back of the hotel.

The iron board had zero padding. No one let us know we had to call for housekeeping. I had to initiate questions like where do I park? The hotel was in the middle of no where so spent most of our time in Louisville Kentucky.

The casino is clean and the rooms are clean. Check in and out is easy.

The food options in the hotel are terrible and are not good. The closest restaurants are about 15 minutes away.

Staff and dealers were great at the casino. Hotel and casino were clean and well kept.

The elevator was dirty and could have been more appealing. The walk to the casino could be challenging for someone with limitations but overall great for us!

The front desk staff was not friendly I have stayed here several time and this was a first did not get greeted just ask who Is next, no how are you or enjoy your stay.

It was clean, I slept comfortably. It was convenient to the casino, we ate at Gordon Ramsays. Like being able to have adult beverages and go right back to the room and not worry about ubering.

It could have been a little More clean in the elevators and the room didn¿t cool down like I normally keep my bedroom.

That it had everything there and we didn't have to go anywhere else. It was a very nice hotel. Fun! Good food! Only expensive to stay if your there on a concert night or the weekend.

One of the elevators in the lobby kept malfunctioning. I didn't like that people could smoke in the casino.

I like that the location is in a rural area to get away from the city. The pool and hot tub were amazing. It was like a vacation right outside our town.

The prices were a little high and the hotel is so big a lot of walking is required to get into your room.

Great hotel, high quality beds and a down comforter. Pillow were great, tv was big and the bathroom was also big.

Staff is friendly, and the room service may be overpriced but it's worth it. The woman who brought room Service was so amazing.

I am a smoker, but the smoking rooms smell absolutely horrible. We went and bought plug ins.
