- The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful! Everyone we encountered was great! We loved the resident dog, Trip too! he is the cutest!!
- Hotel employee were very professional, courteous , friendly and helpful
- Hotel employee at the front desk was very pleasant at check in - the rooms were spacious and only a block (walking distance) to restaurants - heated swimming pool and hot tub made for a relaxing get away

- Milk was not available.
- Showers needed updated but the rooms and decor were excellent and very clean
- The pool was a little cold.
