Room was clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Staff was very nice. Good breakfast in the morning.

Even though we were only there for 2 nights, we didn't get our room cleaned after the first night. But all in all, it was a nice, comfortable stay.

Check in/out was very easy. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. The elevator was a plus. The parking lot was well lit. The bed was comfortable. The room was well stocked with towels and needed supplies.

Needed a light bulb replaced over the sink. A guide for the TV would have been helpful.An extra chair would have been nice.

The location was s nice. Next to several restaurants and within walking distance of Walmart, Sam’s Club, and Menards.

There was not a lot of parking. You could hear everyone in hallways as the walls were very thin.

Comfortable, big room, very quiet, clean and bright. It's a great option for exploring Columbus architecture and the beautiful nature around. Wifi was strong and stable, working in the room was very convenient. There's a Starbucks next to the hotel, and a curig in the room. Good breakfast and welcoming staff. Thank you!

I wish we could stay longer. Liked everything. It would be great if the blanket had a duvet cover, but it's not used in American hotels.

The staff was very friendly, especially the woman maintaining the breakfast area. There was a good variety of breakfast foods. The bed was comfortable.

Our room (217) smelled absolutely terrible,Almost unbearable. Damp and very mildewy. We have stayed at this location multiple times in the last 5 years and it used to be a nice location. It is in major need of updates and has declined over the 5 years.

The room was exceptionally clean. We asked the front desk who cleaned our room. Her name is Rain. She did an awesome job.

When we stepped off the elevator the smell of cigarette smoke about knocked us over. We hurried to our room and closed the door. However, the smoke was so strong that 45 minutes later it was filtering into our room. I called the front desk and the girl said she'd come up and check it out. I was so congested and it gave me such a headache that I wasn't able to sleep until after 4 am. When I inquired the next morning I was told that the night clerk did indeed check it out but could not determine which room the smoke was coming from. ( I actually went online to double check if this was a smoke free hotel) because I felt that people must have been smoking in numerous rooms to create as much smoke as there was in the hallway. I was disappointed that the hotel staff acknowledged the problem but chose to turn a blind eye.

We have stayed with Sleep Inn & Suites in Columbus annually for 20 years. Location is the best. We love Columbus & Nashville and this is the perfect location. Stores & restaurants across the street or walking distance plus breakfast provided is just right

The first time ever, our room seemed musty. We opened a window and cracked a door to rid the smell. I also had a problem with the strong bleach smell. I imagine it was from the sheets. Beds were in mint condition and clean...
