Renaissance Indianapolis North Hotel

The grounds were beautiful. The lobby was lovely. Live plants everywhere.

The breakfast was $19.00, and just ok.

The AC was not at the window, quiet

The bathroom doors are sliders where when closed you can see out of the bathroom on the sides of the door

No complimentary coffee available in the lobby unless you were some kind of member. In room coffee was available. ONE bottle of water was in the room. Wow! I hope they didn¿t go over budget! No internet unless you PAID extra for it! Limited TV channe

Clean. Good location

Nothing, really, to dislike, but as senior citizens, we found the bed difficult to get in and out of. Felt a need for a step stool. The bed was quite high. Could have used a couple more hand towels and wash cloths.

I didn¿t like it that you had to pay $18 for your breakfast as expensive as it is to stay at that motel and then on top of it you had to pay for your own breakfast most motels you stay at you get free breakfast even if it¿s a Breakfast buffet!

Desk chair had worn out vinyl. Mattress was too firm for my taste. Air conditioning did not keep the room cool. Found some trash between my bed and night stand.

Was amazing, especially for the price. Clean, the beds were super comfortable, the location was awesome and super close to the airport. I would definitely stay here again.

Nothing, everything was great!

I needed to check in early and thanks to the nice gentleman at the front desk for letting me do so. The room was very nice, great bed and quality linens, always a big plus. Its all about the bed for me..

The shower was super nice but there were some black hairs left behind, no problem I washed them down, just don't like to see that.

the hotel was in an area very easy to find to where we wanted to be registering in was very quick and easy,rooms were very clean and comfortable and our experience was very satisfying

Friendly staff, clean rooms, great amenities including breakfast and a nice gym.

Can¿t think of any. The little traffic circles leading up to the hotel were a bit annoying but that¿s more a city thing.

Very nice hotel and staff!

No microwave and curtains didn¿t keep all of the light out in the daytime. My wife works evenings at a hospital and sleeps during the day. We got the room because we were having a new roof put on our home and she needed to sleep.

Much. Understaffed and over-priced. Pretentious overall. Lost track of how long it took to be waited on for food and that was us standing at their counter - waiting patiently. Basically a lot of money for not much in return. Kind of "cold" like a bad bank

This hotel was nice, very clean and it exceeded our expectations. We were thankful for the security that they had on the property. The lady at the front desk told me it is a very safe area, and they have security that patrol the parking lot.

The bathroom door had a gap in it that would have made it awkward if someone is traveling with someone who isn¿t their significant other. However, I wouldn¿t let that deter me from staying there, it is something to be aware of.

The property was very clean and staff did what they could to make your stay comfortable despite Covid restrictions. Rooms were well appointed and spacious. Would stay there again.

Good sleep, shower and pool.

We slept well and enjoyed our stay. We linked having a walk-in shower. The lap pool was a happy bonus.

Nothing...we are booking it again and bringing family.
