Not very nice staff CONSTRUCTION ZONE

I did not like the breakfast buffet. Not nearly worth $15. Most continental breakfasts are better and free.

It was clean and well maintained.

The breakfast was $14.95 for the same type of food that other hotels offer for free. The Wi-Fi also was not free as advertised.

Very clean, easy check in, nice staff!

I thought it was very clean. The staff was amazing and the beds were really comfortable.

Front desk staff were rude, nasty and unhelpful basic questions they acted like they were doing you the biggest favor. The woman who checked us in was too busy at the bar talking. We stood there for 7 minutes before she decided to do her job.

Shower wasn't working, only a small hand held one.

Pool and hot tub in clean working order! The room was comfortable and had everything we needed.

Just that they put away the coffee, it should be left out for check out.

The room itself was clean and comfortable.

I purposely chose this hotel for the on-site restaurant. I understand COVID ruined many things for places, but there was no indication that the restaurant was closed on Saturdays nights. Fire alarm was set off. Overall, not a relaxing stay.

The staff were terrific.

No USB charging ports in room, abysmal viewing selections on tv, only 1 regular coffee pod in room, coffee in the lobby was weak tea (you can add hot water to weaken it, but nothing can make lousy coffee stronger), price should include breakfast!

The customer service was great. hotel employee was our Check-in. hotel employee was our check out. They were equally very pleasant. Out check/in person gave us an excellent restaurant to dine at a & it was close to the hotel. Easy in & easy back.

No! Nothing. I will be choosing the Hilton on my next visit in June or July. The coolest¿¿ thing that I have never experienced was the text follow-up to see if we had got settled & if the room was ok & to see if we needed anything. Really a great touch.

Front desk attendant was super pleasant and helpful. Also appreciated the attention to cleanliness and hand sanitizers placed around hotel during this pandemic.

After checking out and attending the breakfast. I felt as if I was stealing , the attendant asked if I was a guest of the hotel, I stated yes. She ask for my name, I had to give it 4 times. She couldn't find it so I took the paper and found my name for he

Very clean room. Lobby nicely decorated and convenient. Nice outside sitting area.Pool looked nice and jacuzzi, did not use tho. Helpful, pleasant staff. Location great 1 ml and 1/4from art and design district, for entertainment, galleries and eateries.

Could have used a little brighter lighting in bathroom, but that is the only improvement I can think of. Very nice hotel.

The restaurant ran out of food at 730 on a Saturday night!!!!! Really? You run out of shrimp cocktail and mashed potatoes? The food came out at all different times and one was finished eating when the last person was served. Horrible Experience at dinne

The sheets on the pull out sofa were dirty and the mattress had absolutely no support.
