Breakfast selection

Not the hotel but I tried to stay the following night. I called and called and then Came by and no one came to the front desk for nearly a half hour. The phone rang like crazy while I was waiting also and I finally left and went to a different hotel.

Very accommodating, and breakfast was plentiful.

Only one minor detail after calling the front desk at 9:45pm, which was a failure to address the kids running up and down the halls at 10:15pm, waking everyone up. I finally yelled at them to go to bed since their parents were no where to be found.

The front desk person was very rude and screamed at me while I was trying to insert my credit card, she then told me she wasn?t going to allow me to stay there and that she was going to cancel my reservation that I paid for in full previously.

I feared for our safety and wondered all night if our car would be damaged by her during the night.

Clean rooms, good breakfast options

Staff was not friendly, there was an odd smell throughout the hotel

It?s in a noisy location. Lots of road noise, noisy ice machine.

Staff is wonderful. Common area bathrooms were very clean. Pool was tiny but clean.

Breakfast was mediocre at best. The A/C in our room was leaking and the carpet was all wet in front of the window.

Rooms were big for a great price, clean, updated. Breakfast was good.

It was clean, bed was comfortable, had a nice lounge area in the room.

Location was not ideal, but it was ok.

Mattress and bed linens were excellent. Room size was a plus. Breakfast by hotel employee was exemplary. Well presented and very tasty. Well maintained for an older building. A very pleasant stay. Kudos all around.......

Not enough lighting in bathroom. More lighting on face for shaving and makeup would have been nice.

We arrived a little early for a funeral. Our room wasn't ready yet, but the receptionist knew our predicament and switched our room to an available one. Very nice!

Clean, responsive. Immediately fixed electric blinds and burnt out light bulb.

Everything was great

First floor handicap room. Staff was wonderful.

From a different state using gps there was no sign indicating was at destination so drove past. Had to turn around.

For us this was a late-night/early-morning stop-along-the-way. It was very clean and right on the highway, which was exactly what we needed. There is great collection of places to grab coffee or a quick breakfast.

We often stay at places where they include breakfast. This would have been a good morning for that, although there are lots of quick alternatives because of the location of this hotel.

Super clean comfortable beds hot breakfast good choices

Kids liked the pool. Beds were clean and comfortable.

Breakfast selections were terrible! I got there at 7:30 No milk for cereal , no yogurt, no fruit , no meat. The only hot item was an egg mess that didn¿t even taste like eggs. There was pancakes and very limited bagels but no cream cheese.

Only that the staff didn¿t put an effort into stopping the elephant stampede that was above our room. They only called the room and didnt get an answer. I had to physically pound on the ceiling to get their attention which made them stop.

The hotel is always super clean. The rooms are nice and up to date. Staff has always been friendly and super easy check in.

This last stay the elevator was out of service and I was on the third floor. The shower also didn¿t have any water pressure. This hasn¿t been an issue at previous stays there so this wasn¿t their norm. I¿ve already booked another stay here.
