I asked for a quiet room as we were doing a lot of driving and needed sleep. The man or person on either side of us was very noisy and kept us up past 11:30. Walls are very then and could hear talking and slamming of drawers or something.

Friendliness of staff

The heating unit rattled all night long and the room did not meet my expectations of a IHG room.The pool was also out of service.

Pool and work out room were closed for long term maintenance but were advertised on the website.

Location and breakfast

There was construction on the first floor that went on all night/early morning that was loud enough to be heard while trying to sleep.

Undergoing some remodeling. Nice rooms. Only problem was no night light for bathroom.

Highway noise in some rooms. Not severe

The queen suite was large.

I did not know the hotel was under renovation and, our room was not complete ( there was no faucet in the kitchen area ).

I paid for the room and showed up, but the hotel said they were full and didnt have any rooms. So at 11:30 at night I had to go find another hotel. Its been four days and my money still has not been refunded. You can probably understand why Im unhappy

The bed was awesome, great pillows. Love the blanket so much I looked at the tag to buy one for myself. The show was spacious. Overall happy with this hotel

Need bigger tv with better remote

Staff members were excellent to deal with.

Would have asked for a room on the other side of the hotel if we'd have known how close to interstate traffic our room was.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean. The breakfast was very good. Loved it!!

The hot breakfast was very nice. Also they have a snack area with bottles of water which I really liked.

There was construction that made the road pretty dangerous.

I didn’t like the fact that you had to sign up for a 45 minute slot in order to use the pool (due to corona virus). I didn’t know this upon booking the room so the only time slot available was 9:00 pm until 9:45 pm.

Price was decent. I usually have good experiences with Hampton Inns.

Rude front desk.Charged extra for crib. Pull out couch had crumbs on it, was never changed from the previous guest. Had to ask for clean sheets and blanket.Tile in entry and bath were dangerously slippery. Seems to have had a residue that made them slick.

Staff very unfriendly- not one person smiled or greeted us. Had to wait with no one at desk to check in. Dirty room-unable to sleep in hideabed. Noisy right by interstate. Breakfast terrible in every way.

It's very close to where I needed to be. Staff was nice.

I did not receive the room that I reserved. The shower head barely worked. Breakfast was below mediocre.

When we asked the staff for toilet paper for the restrooms in the lobby they told us they would get to as soon as they can . I felt they should have taken care of it right away. We waited another 15 minutes and it was not done had to go back to our rooms

Easy check in and convenience.

The shower door was broken, the elevator and hallway floors were filthy, and the lobby smelled bad.

exit ramp was closed and we had to find another way to get there. hotel being renovated - had to dodge workmen/equipment in hallways.

Location is great..does need a traffic light at the corner to get to it. Food was good and staff great.

The carpet needs to be replaced or at least shampooed. Could dust the room when the towels and beds are made up.
