Clean and updated beautiful hoyrl

Yes! I sent a message T 2:30 am and finally went downstairs to ask if they could please give us a new room. The noise from the hwy was so loud I tried for hours to drown out the noise. Slept on the couch. Put in Kleenex in my ears. Played YouTube.

The hotel was under staff with employees so couldn?t give 100% customer service.

Everything was exceptional.

Perfect area for me to meet with family. Very clean and all staff was amazing, especially Kevin

Breakfast..

#1 Parking #2 breakfast options were limited. We generally got down between 8-9 & was limited on hot item options from not being refilled im sure trying not to waste food though. #3 interstate sounds coming through window would be another. Will request room on other side of the hall but not a big deal breaker. #4 the shower door would roll right open immediately after trying to close it so we had to maneuver a hand towel to keep it from opening.

Breakfast..?Desk staff did very well and was happy to see the staff be so proactive on the snow and ice management. Whole place, the great room, halls stairway & rooms clean, and not abused looking. Bathroom was bright and clean We will check with this place first next year for sure.

The cleanliness and spaciousness of the room. Hot water for showers. The room temperature upon arrival was 42 degrees. Called the front desk and Kevin came up to check. Offered to move us or he was going to get it looked at. He then returned to check the thermostat which we discovered was in the wall/window unit. We stayed in the room and waited for it to warm up. We sleep comfortably and had dinner delivered.Very pleasant after the room heated up which did take a long time.

The amount of time it took to heat up the room.The breakfast food is terrible. I’ve definitely had better at other Hotel Suites by Hilton. We threw the food we chose away.

The room and bathroom was very clean. Dis not expecting the full size refrigerator.

Love the curtain to divide the room was bNot expecting that. Love that the fruit was wrapped in the plastic

Room was great, easy access!

When we tried to get breakfast, there were football players there, and they had overtaken the whole area! No where to sit, couldn't hardly even get any food!! They were mostly done but kept taking up the whole area! No other people that were staying in the hotel could sit to eat our breakfast! We were told that when we checked in, it got really busy at 7:00. So we waited until a little after 8 to go eat. We thought it would be better by then! I just think it was rude not to at least go outside or something until they leave to let others use the area! I mostly blame the adults who were in charge of the kids to move them! It was just very frustrating with us having 4 kids trying to even get food!

We liked the modern and clean atmosphere of the property. It was very comfortable and spacious.

We didn't like that the breakfast eggs and sausage were cold and dry. It was also a noisy location because it was along the interstate. We could hear vehicle noises all night long, which made sleeping difficult. We could also hear other people running down the hall, and knocking noises were audible.

The room was nice and spacious

An employee who was unhelpful and condescending. My room was not prepared at 4:15 (check in was 3:00). We traveled several hours to a wedding and had to arrive at the reception with little time to prep, change, and drive to the next venue. The hotel cleck asked, "What should I do?" and was apathetic. The next day she called about a cork screw that was requested and told I would be charged. I called back and stated it was left in the room (???!?)

There was plenty of room. The young man who checked us in was helpful. Breakfast was good.

Not clean! When we entered the room, I noticed right away that the pillowcases were very wrinkly. I commented to my husband that we might want new ones, but he said that some dryers may make the case look like that. Nope! I woke up in the middle of the night because of the smell of the pillows. Don’t think the cases were clean, it was a BO and stale pizza smell. I had to throw it on the floor to get away from the smell. Luckily, I had brought my own pillow along. Also, there was mold/fungus in the shower, one of the washcloths had lipstick on it, and there were crumbs and wads of hair beside/beneath the headboards. The toilet paper holder was broken as well.In addition, our room faced the highway, and the noise from the interstate kept my son up most of the night. I went to the front desk in the morning to discuss the issues, but the employee on duty was arguing with another guest. From what I could gather, the issue was a mistake on the part of the employee, but she was dismissive and rude. I went back to the desk after breakfast to raise my issue with a different employee on duty, and she was arguing with a different guest! Two of the three employees on duty since I’d been to breakfast argued with two guests! Not a good track record.I didn’t feel like arguing, or having someone be rude to me, so I was happy to leave without airing my disappointment. I hope this review helps others to decide whether they would like to stay here. For the price, it should have been a much better experience!

Rooms were very nice and comfortable.

Hallways get loud when people coming back from events at 12am and large amount of people gather in the lobby area running while my kids where trying to sleep.

Clean, nice size room, comfortable bed. Location was good for us close to interstate.

Breakfast was just till 9:00 on Monday. We didn't make it.

The hotel was clean and we loved the location. There was a lot of shopping and restaurants near by.

It’s at a good spot where restaurants and Walmart and Kroger and Starbucks is near by and gas stations as well.

Needed a place for one night traveling through Indiana. This hotel was perfect -great location and several choices of places nearby to eat. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean.
