Very clean and personable staff.

Shower and tub a little outdated but not a big deal.

The staff was very kind. The room was exceptionally clean, and the breakfast was delicious.

Not a big deal, but the bathtub and shower are a bit outdated. Not very good water pressure but thats just a little thing.

We came in late and left very early. It was close to airport and had good beds. Nice that they had coffee and a bagged breakfast for us leaving after 4:30 am.

The shuttle doesn¿t start until 6 am.

Everyone was friendly.

I booked a handicap room with roll in shower, but it wasn't. there was a tub, my husband couldn't use it. he can't step in a tub. The handrail by the toilet was pulled from wall, so he couldn't use it. There was not shower chair in room.

Location was good. Good breakfast.

Could have been better cleaning ¿ floor needed swept badly!

Very convenient location and comfortable rooms.

The hot breakfast was great but no seating was provided for eating and it was difficult to carry food and drinks back to your room. Maybe seating could be used again or trays provided, with COVID restrictions being lifted!

The hot breakfast was very nice each morning. And the hotel staff treated us like family.

I was told that the hot breakfast may not continue after Nov. 1.... I would recommend to keep serving it. It makes your guests feel like they are being treated well. We will come back again because everything was so nice.

It was clean, and in better shape than our previous stays...appears to have new owners.

The breakfast bar had many choices and friendly attendant, she was so great to see each morning. The room attendants were equally friendly. Front desk staff was helpful and friendly.

There were signs that this was a non smoking hotel, yet we had to leave our bathroom fan on 24 hours a day because someone in an adjoining room was smoking. We'd already changed rooms 2 other times by that point due to other odors.

Room was nice & spacious. Amenities as described. A fridge and microwave was very welcomed.

Shower dripping.Door latch broken. Had to use the card key to exit & close door.Cable system on TV died half way through 1st night. It was fixed by cable company but then went out of service again the 2nd night.Indifference of staff when I told them.

The front desk manager was very professional and helpful.

The fridge was making a loud noise while it was running.

My only complaint was that the wifi wasn't really that strong. Other than that, everything was great
