Yea they took a $50 security deposit said I?d have it back 24 hours offer checkout it?s been 5 days and I still ain?t got my deposit back

Ease of communication, convenient room location, comfort and cleanliness.

Coffee services not up to par; no breakfast available.

Upon checking in I received a text from a stranger asking if I was interested in dinner and then received a picture, possible coincidence, poor timing. Found a bag full of condoms in the nightstand drawer, and a cockroach ?

When it comes to service, this place is the worst. We actually booked a room for some guests who arrived late. The motel owner/operators would not answer their "call" bell, so our guests had to sleep in their vehicle. Awful experience!

Nothing!!

Room=filthy. Dirty Qtip & phone device on a chair. The kicker=my daughter & I saw 3 cockroaches. I reported it to the staff in the morning, was told someone must of come in with them. If I could have gotten my money back we would have left! DISAPPOINTED

I didn't care for the curly black hairs all over the bathroom. Also wasn't happy that I booked 3 king rooms and got confirmation, then only 2 king rooms were available when we checked in, not what I paid for. Understaffed, everything was very strange....

Problems checking in, Issues with TV (continual signal interruptions) and didn't have toilet paper in the room

upon checkin they remind you of damage charges then you get in room and its already damaged stains on bedding, found "blood" stains on quilt.

check in was easy and they allowed pets.

The hotel was dated and showing it's age.

The room was dirty. The mattress pad had stains. The floor was dirty. The bathroom was dirty. The breakfast was limited. Food was left in the mini refrigerator from a previous guest. A shoe was found by the side of a bed left from a previous guest.

The room was adequate size, clean, working clean refrigerator, and smelled fresh.

There was a minor problem with the shower the first morning I used it, but when I worked the valve a few times the second morning, it seemed to be better.

The location was good

The AC was turned off so it was extremely hot when we arrived and it took until 4 am for the AC unit to cool the room down. When we complained to staff about it, they just kinda laughed. The towels were stained also.

I paid for the breakfast and it was closed. I mentioned the air not getting cold twice and then was accused of lieing about it. She spoke over me the entire convo then accused me of stealing because I grabbed extra towels (only gave us 2 for 4 people)

Reservation for 3 nights, stayed only 2 and did NOT get a refund. Hotel Mgr said we smoked in room. Not true, this was our 3rd week staying with them and after the fact they now claim we smoked. Just an excuse to NOT give refund. Dishonest hotel manager!!

Everything smelled clean

Given very first room past lobby door, noise of everyone that came thru doorway(not many, only 5 cars in parking lot, creepy) Dog barked (yapped) all morning (NOT exaggerating), bathroom had dirty footprints on floor, 3 Pillows were pitiful on King bed...

Heating worked adequately.

Hair in tub, door jamb dirty, entry door had shoe marks and dirt on inside. Pillows were lousy. Vanity sink stopped up. Shower head needs to be unstopped to increase flow. Not Americas Best Value by a long shot. Paid way to much for dirty.

The rooms where not bad. It was clean.

No staff anywhere to be seen. Breakfast was just doughnuts and pastries, left a lot to be desired. Hallway was cold. Room was cold. Heat was not on in room when we arrived. Beds were hard as a rock.

the lady behind the desk was very nice and helpful we would definitely stay there again and tell family and friends.

no pool but that was fine.

The hotel charged my credit card for the room. I called and complained. I was told that the charges would be reversed.

Large room, clean, quiet.
