- The rooms were not clean stains on carpet, urine smell in the bath room and mattress box spring worned out had to put blankets and pillows underneath mattress for somewhat comfort
- Staff dressed like they were at home. I see all shifts and you can't tell the difference between staff and customers. I stay at many hotels and this staff is rude
- For spending $--- for a night, this hotel was not clean. A live cockroach on the first floor hallway during our whole stay, chicken, bones, and food on carpeted stairwell, dried throw up in stairwell. Treadmill broken.
