- I liked the option of breakfast. I prefer to eat in my room so having cartons of white milk available is best. Staff was friendly and helpful.
- The hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate us in so many ways. They hopped on every issue we had and it had nothing to do with the room or facilities. We were from Texas and there were ice and snow frozen on the ground but the facility was very well maintained and they looked out for everyone's interest. The breakfast was excellent! It had a great variety of everything you would want and it was hot.

- A new elevator. I felt it was outdated and needs to be replaced. It did work however, there were no problems with it. The building is older so I understand. It's probably part of the original equipment that was installed when the building was built.
