Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Tinley Park, IL

We had to go through three rooms before we had one that had working air conditioning. All the front desk said was maintenance personnel did not come in today. No apologies, no adjustments to our bill, no manager available.

NOTHING at all. This was the WORST experience that I've had in over 50 years of hotel stays.

The room was TERRIBLE. The A/C did not work...the TV did not work.... and the toilet was in need of repair. The staff person was the RUDEST, CRUELEST, most UNPROFESSIONAL person that we have ever encountered.

People arguing loudly, carpets were dirty, sheets were stained.

address indicates the hotel is on LaGrange Rd but it is on a frontage road That is not obvious to auto navigation system.

I loved how friendly the staff was and how clean the rooms were.

My room key turned off before I checked out but the employees fixed it right away for me.

Dirty. Toilet paper in hallway. Carpet gross. Very loudddddd neighbors and people above us. Was woke up to some man yelling in the laundry room. Didnt get any sleep. Waste of money!

The location

Carpet was dirty and not vacuumed, shower was full of hair and bathroom floor was not swept.

The room looked and smelled like it hadn¿t been clean in a while. It was hair everywhere in the bathroom, the room smelled old, the shower was dirty, and the carpet was not vacuumed!

The location. Breakfast was ok.

Door did not automatically latch. No lamp shade on desk lamp. Front desk person. She chastised me for asking to have a new room key. Spoke with the manager on the last morning. I expressed my displeasure. I'll not stay at this location again ever!!

The location tour activities

Two adults staying for 7 nights and there was one squeaky office chair to sit in. On Friday the day we checked in I asked for the chair to be replaced or to spray some wd 40. While a chair from the breakfast area was given, we did not get a replacement

I was going to a concert at the amphitheater nearby and it was a great location for it. All staff I interacted with were all nice and helpful.

The hot breakfast had missing items that weren't filled back up. I assume that they had low staff issues and that's why it was missing items.

The only thing i didn't like it's my neighbor, is so loud, and curse, ancouple have big argument, i cant realy sleep much

The swimming pool and the Hot Breakfast. Also, the hot water in the shower was very nice.

I wish there would have been a restaurant onsite.

Location

I didn't get much sleep with the ignorant group of people next to me laughing, shouting and slamming doors, pounding the walls all night long. I called the front desk to ask for another room.There were none. Hours later I called as it kept going.NO ANSWER

Staff was friendly and helpful

The Marijuana smell throughout the hotel. Cleaning was mediocre at best One example: there was a piece of candy on the floor of the elevator when we got there, it was still there 9 days later.

The area

My room was dirty and had things like pacifiers, empty water bottles, and kid toys all around the room

It was filthy, other then our first check in clerk, all other personnel were unfriendly. I know this was New Years weekend, but the clientele were loud and obnoxious. You could smell marijuana everywhere. I will never stay there again.

I liked the setup of the suite.

The suite I was in was directly next to the pool so you can hear the noise. The room wasn¿t clean at all! The bed had dirty linen and dog fur everywhere, we found dog food on the floor, there were no towels, tissue, nor Kleenex, and staff was unavailable
