Staff were friendly. Breakfast was good.

I was in room 310. Not sure what was happening in the storage/ staff area next to it but the sound was distracting

The staff was great, all 3 people I encountered. The room was clean and the carpet was new.

Although the bed was comfortable.?it had springs and was squeaky when I got in bed. It wasn?t a problem.?just haven?t had a bed with springs in years.

It smells like it is a very old hotel. Furniture is very old. It is just a rundown hotel.

Room was directly over lobby, floor vibrated every time hotel door opened below. Dirty tissues under bed. Mold growing on ceiling over shower.

Very friendly staff, nice pool.

Did not seem very well-maintained. Cleaning products were overwhelming (sheets smelled like a cleaner) but there was gunk in cracks in the bathroom, the toilet seat was broken, etc.

The staff were friendly. The property is clean. And the pool and continental breakfast add to an overall great place to stay.

Nice hotel for the price. Close to many restaurants. Easy access to I-80 and the amphitheatre.

Breakfast was a bit blah....same thing every day, but Cracker Barrel is in the back yard.Hot tub was down, but offered the Hampton Inn as an alternative, just across the parking lot.

The staff was friendly and attentive, clean rooms, breakfast was good too. We've stayed in all the hotels in this area and Fairfield is by far our favorite.

I loved the environment. There was a cultural mix of guests and the staff was inviting and pleasant. My brother is 5'10, 300+ lbs. but the when we came back from a night out to the hotel at 12:30 am, the concierge on duty didn't hesitate to let us in.

The only issue I can imagine is the body scum in the hot tub. There was a ring of dark scum in the hot tub. They might want to invest in some foam spray like they have at my gym.

Convenient to where I need to go.

Couldn't get waffles line to long LOL.

The front desk check in experience was terrific! Very warm and friendly greeting with a smile.

There were no issues that I had to ask for assistance on our visit.

What I did not like.... Nothing except a fresh fruit bowl for the season added for breakfast.

The water pressure was great.

The pillows had a bad smell to them.

Clean and comfortable; perfect for my needs.
