Hilton Garden Inn Chicago/Tinley Park

We had ants in our bathroom. We were supposed to have a suite but they said there was an issue so we got a regular room with 2 beds. We prepaid so no money back. Very little sleep.

The staff was nice.

The toilet did not flush. Cabinet door was falling off. Bed base made noise every time my son moved having the people below us complain. My 12 year old found a bag of marijuana in the door drawer that was in a bag marked as chocolate edibles, not ours.

Excellent and friendly staff. Breakfast menu was great; the breakfast buffet not impressive.

Freeway traffic was loud even at night. Earplugs helped!

Most of the staff was nice.

No swimming pool access, no free breakfast, asphalt being repaved and it smelled horrible, issues with room key constantly, air conditioning didn't work well, shower very tiny

The desk staff was extremely helpful, friendly and polite.

Satisfactory stay but the hotel is starting to show its age. Caulking around the shower needs to be redone. Hallway floor had some soft spots indicating a problem. Carpets starting to need replacement.

Staff was awesome! And room was very clean.

Some of the staff are nice.

They are not cleaning rooms or the hotel thoroughly after visits. There was trash under my beds, lashes by the hot tub, trash in the hallways, just to name a few.

$8.00 for poor breakfast/water$2.00 & 2.50/Bar closed for lack of staff

The employees were cordial and easy to talk with and assist with our needs!

The rooms were good but the maintenance on some things was average....toilet handle was broken and a ticking sound behind the toilet was very disturbing!

Good hotel. Covid 19 restrictions meant no fitness center, no restaurant, no pool, limited use of facilities. Room was very good and clean.

Wish we would have been notified that the pool was closed... we would have stayed next door for half the price.. only chose this one for the pool

The location and the level of quality for the guest. I was surprise that the pool was perfectly warmed. We are making plans to return to this hotel soon.

Very small, so I won't say anything.

The sheets on the bed and towels in the bathroom were dirty. We called the front desk and they brought us new sheets to put on the bed. We had to change the sheets because house cleaning was not available after a certain time.

Really great experience. Great restaurant, excellent bedding, quiet room. Location was right off the freeway with easy on and off access for our large moving trucks. Staff was friendly. Great overall experience.

STAFF VERY FRIENDLY BUT CHARGED FOR BREAKFEST AND STAYED THERE FOR THE BAR AND IT WAS CLOSED ON NEW YEARS EVE AND 5 TO 10 OTHERWISE. NO PLACE TO EAT WHEN YOU DO NOT HAVE A CAR
