Holiday Inn - Chicago - Tinley Park By IHG

The location was ideal for the venue we was attending.

The prices were very high for the room and ammenties we were given. No breakfast, which we knew about. But at those prices, the hotel could have been in better shape. Parking could have been better and 2 working elevators would have been nice.

Light base had usb ports for charging! SO necessary for a vacay!

Our room (425) would NOT heat up! It?s like the heater was broken.

I liked my stay before this one my room looked better then this one i prefer one bed instead of 2

My bathroom smelled like urine around the tub area idk if it was the shower curtain or what but i have a sensitive nose and it smelled horrible and i let the front desk know

We usually visit from Texas and stay in Tinley Park at least two times per year. This hotel must be relatively new because we have not seen it before. It is awesome and even better the employees were extremely friendly.

Yes.?the Bartender. He needs to smile more. Our drinks were OK but I would say his overall service was barely passable. He joked with a few of the patrons at the bar and was very diss interested in all the other customers.

I didnt get the room that I booked.. I booked my room days ago. Didnt tell me at the front desk when checking in. I went up to my room and saw I was given two queen beds instead of a king. When I called the front desk they stated they were sold out. Shady

Not really. When we arrived the pool was closed for maintenance but opened the next day.

Yes, Shower water pressure and rate are very low. No breakfast even my reservation said the breakfast is included.

Lobby bar is very nice. It includes 4 televisions. Selections of shows on TVs left much to be desired. I'm not a fan of Bravo offerings.

Fitness center was 81° and we lowered and the bathroom light automatically turns off several times while you¿re in the shower

Initially had a room next to a potential party room. Asked to change and got no problem from front desk. Very accommodating.
