- The lighting over the sink was poor
- breakfast inedible (biscuits hard, gravy sludge, bagels stale, cereal generic & it tasted like it, bananas were black, pancakes raw), room had a smell, A/C unit was dusty & kicked up allergens when turned on, not clean (hair on desk, bedside table dirty)
