With a sun deck and a spacious indoor pool area, this luxury hotel is located in Springfield, right off Interstate 55. Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library is 5 miles away. All guest rooms of Crowne Plaza Springfield Convention Center are equipped with a 42-inch flat-screen TV, tea and coffee-making facilitiess and a mini-fridge. They include classic décor, fluffy bed covers and nature-themed paintings. There are 2 on-site restaurants, the Long Nine Dining Room and the more casual Long 9 Bar & Grille. - On last night had a good room and comped us breakfast
- Staff was exceptional

Cons -
- There was no hot water at all on the 9th floor. I ran the water for 20 minutes but it did not warm up. As well, there were 3 spiders on the ceiling and dead insects in the bathroom (I have pictures)
- Loud parties Security was un not able to keep the noise down at 1:00am
- Kids running in the hall late at night. Will request room at end of hallway next time.
