- It was bad customer service they was a little bit disrespectful literally gave us false advertisement room the floors are mess up the bathroom literally was locked and jam had to play with the door to get out we use a candle bc it smell terrible the hotel we accidentally smoke alarm by the time they came he charge us for smoke fee we didn’t even smoke in hotel we did outside it was on camera and also we stopped alarm he was tryna charge end up not saying he was charging us still charge us 150 after we paid 127 for two nights they literally tried break in our door and are checkout was at 12 thy literally knocked at 10 and 11 we was cleaning me and my gf and they literally break in they disrespect us

They have roaches and my drawers fell out due to poor assembly… I caught a staff infection …
