- customer service was awesome.
- They are very nice and the rooms are clean
- The hotel and rooms were stinky and smelly. Overall the hotel and maintenance is not good. At least the staff at front desk were friendly. Definitely not recommended for a family stay.
Cons -
- for two days there wasn't hot water, which i was informed I should receive a full or partial refund for those two days.
