Cons -
- Cockroaches in the bathroom. Carpets were stained and needed to be replaced. Wetbacks staying there.
- The stench of the whole place was putrid, moldy smelling. Bathroom was disgusting, big hole & water damage in ceiling over bathtub. Shower head faucet was full of crusty hard water scale. The stench was worse in the room.
- People smoking IN THE ROOMS!!. Hallway carpet dirty. Toothpaste cap stuck in bathroom sink rain. Had to have the fridge replaced as the existing one was leaking from the freezer. People smoking outside entry ways. You get what you pay for.
