Pros +
- The breakfast was good and I liked the variety from day to day. The location was good in that there was plenty of good places to eat nearby. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were fluffy. Also, the 24-hour availability of coffee (regular & decaf) along with hot water for tea was wonderful.
- The room was clean! The beds were really comfortable.
- Breakfast was very fresh and tasty.
Cons -
- The bathroom had issues. The shower's water pressure was extremely low. Even after the shower head was replaced, the shower pressure, while better, was still substandard. The tub stopper was not functional and the device to shift from bath to shower was broken.
- Everything was excellent
- The condition of the bathtub and caulking was very poor. The toilet seat was loose and I was unable to tighten it. The toilet base looked very dirty.Both mornings the oatmeal was watery.

The size of the room was comfortable. The coffee maker was so nice. Usually in-room coffee leaves a lot to be desired. The broken clock was replaced quickly.
