Comfort Inn Romeoville - Bolingbrook

Poor customer service from hotel staff. Very inconsiderate and unprofessional. The management staff was very unwilling to resolve my customer complaint. Don't waste your time or money by staying at this hotel.

Great staff and pool.

This is not a 3 star hotel. Mismatched paint - wall anchors for shelves (with no shelves) sticking out - tv isn?t actual cable in HD. Hotel would?ve met my expectations as a 2 star - but is no where near a 3.

Bedding was decent.

Shower Water pressure was weak. Toilet ran all night. Was hard to flush. Breakfast was late in opening due to staff being late

Toilet water tanks in washrooms are outdated, frequent problem with flush system. Need replacements. we used three rooms with same issue. Breakfast require some improvements, more whole wheat options, scrambled and texas/vegi omelette would be nice.

I like that we had a mini fridge that was a good size, and a microwave in the room. I also liked that breakfast was included. They also had vending machines and laundry accessible.

The pool could use an update badly. The picture makes it look way bigger than it is. And the overall area needs some love. Also the chair in our room was peeling. Hotels should always make sure furniture is up to par. Couldn¿t sit in it.

The staff was very friendly and accomodating.

I am in wheelchair. Bed too high no opening under bed so could not use lift ledge under sink so could not roll under it and could not see in mirror too much furniture hard to move around

It was in a great location for us.

I have stayed at this hotel I believe three times and the tvs have been very inconsistent with some having different features than others. Maybe some of the tvs have not been upgrated. Very disappointed last time I was there with that aspect of the room.

The best experience at this hotel was Staff at the front desk. Very positive and friendly.

This hotel was a big disappointment. It is outdated. Bathroom in the entry of the room. The light switch for the bath on the outside behind the door. Towels - old and discolored- scratchy.

Nothing!

Dirty, smelly, unprofessional staff. Didn¿t explain cleaning schedule. When you walk in entryway, it smelled like urine. Glass doors into building needed to be cleaned. The room smelled as if someone previously smoked in it. Will never stay again.

$100 SECURITY DEPOSIT BACK TO MY CARD THAT HAS YET TO BE REFUNDED, EVEN AFTER I CALLED AN INFORMED THEM THAT IT WAS NOT REFUNDED.

Location, staff, room. Nice hotel.

The hotel was short of staff,and they were cleaning every 3 days.There were small mosquitos in our room.They should pick the trash from all rooms every day to avoid this problem. We were taking our trash out and placing it in the trash cans at the front.

Clean, location was good

The keys never worked. Had to be locked in the room bc I tried several times to get a working key and it never did. Also the bathtub plug wouldn¿t stay plugged.

Location was perfect, quiet in overnight hours, average size room, bed was comfortable.

Staff banging on my door at 1030pm looking for whatever room was smoking weed, was not my room. There was a food item under nightstand housekeeping did not get. Left it alone

The staff was great and the location was perfect. Lots of places to eat and it was centrally located for what we needed.

The fit and finish wasn't great. Could see imperfections in wall and just needed cosmetic upgrades. Very clean though.

The elevator needs to be maintained. It got stuck while I was in it but luckily the door opened and I was able to get out. Take the stairs!

There were enough towels! The beds were made well and very comfortable.

Well, being on the first floor and finding a window being open after we been in and out. Nothing taken, but seriously. And the ANTS. UGH

proximity to interstate was helpful. bed and linens were comfortable.

Door keys wouldn't work at check-in twice. The second time I was assigned a new room. Lobby area dingy & dirty. Stains on the floor of my room looked pretty gross. Parking lot gravelly, difficult to walk in heels and pull a suitcase thru!

Room smelled like smoke. Layout was inefficient Sink across from bathroom no towels by sink.

Breakfast was free.

The tub was cracked and the front desk did nothing.

The pool is really small. The room was dirty.
