Pros +
- It was close to family and looks very nice.
- Hotel was perfectly clean, very nice lobby and property. Offset from the busy highway, very quiet with few other visitors. Visiting family in a nearby town, the location was perfect. The staff really went overboard helping my wife with her class of students back home; the wi-fi in the room wasn't very good, so they set her up in a really nice conference room.Breakfast was good enough, very clean.Price was great.

Cons -
- I had to take a cold shower as no hot water was coming out after 20 minutes of letting the water run. The bathtub was not draining and I tried to figure out why and it was full of hair and a bottle top. It was gross to touch but I had to. The toilet was dirty which is just gross.
- Wife wasn't happy with the exercise equipment. Broken and missing parts. Staff seemed aware of the problem.I know that hotels can't always satisfy every request, but when booking we asked for a quiet upstairs room on the back side. We were assigned a downstairs room on the front side. Wouldn't have been a problem, really, but the freight train passed several times each night right outside the window.There's not much right around the conference center, so be prepared to drive into town for restaurants, drinks, etc.
- toilet sprung leak in the middle of 1st nite. They threw towels on floor. In am changed rooms. When checking out asked for a discount. Was told I would have to talk to manager. Still waiting to hear from him

Everything has went smooth but the wifi is a serious problem. The TVs need wifi to be useable and the WiFi has never worked in multiple stays
Horrible WiFi. TVs need WiFi to watch anything and the wifi is unusable 99% of the time
