Pros +

Very clean and well maintained hotel in the small quaint town of Pittsfield. Rooms very accommodating. No blow dryer or shampoo .. but could have been due to Covid. When visiting our son, this is our go to hotel.
Hotel consists of two different buildings. I stayed in the newer, four year old building which meant the room was in good shape. Location is in a residential neighborhood which is a plus.

Cons -

Only toiletry was soap. No shampoo! No blow dryer. Front desk delivered one upon request. No electrical outlets in tables or lamp bases. Room is not friendly to a business traveler. Refrigerator hum was very loud. Breakfast buffet was gone by 8:20 AM!
