The Econo Lodge Inn & Suites hotel is located within walking distance of the Pekin Mall and three miles from Pekin Memorial Arena and DragonLand Water Park. This hotel is only two miles from the Lick Creek Golf Course and close to popular attractions like Mineral Springs Park and its lagoon, Wildlife Prairie State Park and Bradley University. Yearly attractions in Pekin include a 4th of July celebration, the Marigold Festival in September and Derby Days in May. Enjoy the outdoors with several golf courses and parks nearby. The Greater Peoria Airport and the Pekin Municipal Airport are 10 miles away from the hotel. A variety of restaurants are located nearby. Guests will enjoy the free deluxe continental breakfast featuring an assortment of rolls, cereals, fruits, juices and coffee. After a busy day, relax by the indoor pool. - The price
- The rooms are not overly fancy but very clean which is most important to me. The front desk gentleman was also very friendly and helpful.
- Front staff very friendly, helpful, and attentive. Was allowed to bring our pup to stay with us, awesome pool!
Cons -
- The breakfast was subpar and the pool is out of service. Also there is only barking on one side of the building
- I really didn?t like the lime green accent wall but not really important.
- An elevator for the 2nd floor would def be an asset.
