Hampton Inn By Hilton & Suites Pekin (Peoria Area)

Cleanliness, location, front desk staff, breakfast attendants, breakfast, comfortable and spacious room.

Bathroom sink faucet was loose and needs to be tightened. Nightlight in bathroom should have switch don’t cam be turned off so as not to disturb someone who is very sensitive to light. Water for showers was barely hot enough.

We were upgraded to a suite, as there were many vacant rooms at no additional cost. Pekin is a small town and not a tourist location. We were there to visit some friends. The breakfast is adequate. There is a nice pool.

Nothing. The hotel is as described.

The room was spacious and the bed was super comfortable! The breakfast was great!

There was a maintenance issue in our room with the bathroom door not closing properly, not really a problem for us but it should be fixed.

The staff was very courteous.

The reasons I pay twice as much to stay at the Hampton compared to other hotels in the same area are the facilities and the breakfast. The facilities and staff were excellent as always but the breakfast was a disappointment. We were in the breakfast area for 40 minutes and during most of that time the hot food was completely empty. Most things on the breakfast bar ran out while we were there and they were very slow to restock.
