Holiday Inn Express And Suites Chicago - Oak Forest By IHG

Jasmine was awesome

Hotel room was never cleaned the whole time that I was there. When arriving to check in my refrigerator still had items in it from the last room occupancy. The ice container was still nasty and old water in it. My air-conditioned was making noises.

Hotel was clean, and satisfying hot breakfast in spite of high census.

Large and deep puddles after heavy rain make parking awkward. Fire alarm sounded at 7 a.m.

It was close to my destination places.

My entry card to work due to the rain on the 24-hour exterior door.

Continental Breakfast, fitness room & pool

No dry towels in my room, vent in Bathroom did not work

Cleanliness, affordability, comfort

They have not refuned the deposit $100 (Room number 202) The deposits are as follows $50 (19 Aug.) credit card (18 Aug ~ 20 Aug) $50 (26 Aug.) debit card (25 Aug ~ 26 Aug)

Clean, bed was comfortable, breakfast was awesome and loved that it offered turkey sausage

Location, friendliness of staff, cleanliness and comfort of room.…

All of the amenities were in the room i.e. hair dryer, iron, microwave, etc.

Not enough parking spaces. I came back from a function and contemplated parking illegally because all of the spaces were occupied.

Seemed like a relatively new hotel, maybe upgraded. Very modern rooms

I felt like I may have been on a not so good part of town. My trip was unexpected and I fell short the $50 per night incidental fee by $5. Instead of staff trying to assist me in options to make payment, she was rude and told me to load my credit card

Location

Minor issues with cleaning. There were crumbs in the sofa sleeper and stains on the mattress cover. There were also crumbs in the chair. Overall, the rest of the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and there was a safe, fridge and microwave.

Room

Dirty swimming pool, location

The hotel is updated & clean

Staff at the front desk is extremely rude & unhelpful.

Clean

Did not like hotel near here due to selling drugs out of hotel and eye sore. Breakfast with burnt meat everyday.

Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms were in excellent condition and clean. Area was quiet and safe.

The cleanliness

The staff were incompetent. I was put into the wrong room then charged when moved to my correct room even though both nights were already paid for

The hotel is new, clean, friendly and has good breakfast. It is centrally located though off the beaten path.

it seems that the clientele lack basic etiquette. Every morning there were people eating breakfast in pajamas and bonnets. One woman even brought her blanket. I usually star at a higher star hotel downtown but this was conveniently located to my business.

Meal is served on time.

My wife is missing some of her underwear which she suspected must have slipped behind the bed in Room 323 on 8-5-24 when we checked out. The items cannot yet be recovered.

location

the room floors where not clean sticky mop

The rooms are really good. Bathroom has been designed very modern.

Everything is pitch perfect.
