Drury Plaza Hotel Mt. Vernon

I love how happy and comforting the people and the stay is. It’s like being at home. I enjoy the meals the beds the space you get my kids love the pool we forgot our play pen so a staff member brought us one up to our room within 5 minutes after the call

Great location for the area right off of i57 and pretty much everything in the town is within an 8 min drive. Same as all of our Drury trips just about everything was very nice and very clean and the kick back and breakfast were great as well.

The pillows were absolute garbage. Just the cheapest pure fluff no structure flat uncomfortable pillows I have ever encountered anywhere I ended up requesting extra pillows and even trying to sleep with 3 and my head was still flat on the mattress, awful!

Pool was and jacuzzi were refreshing.pool was clean and towels were nice

I wish hotels put a few hook next to the shower for towels or bathrobe

Everything was wonderful, the room, the bathroom, the staff, the evening social time and meal, the wonderful breakfast, even the parking lot. Perfect.

Pool water was freezing cold. The hit tub water was only lukewarm and dirty. Jets apparently not working. Free dinner is nice, but it was the exact same as the last time I stayed. They need more variety and rotate meals more frequently

Overall great experience. We were only there for one night, but it was so much better than some of the other hotels we have stayed at while traveling with a pet. The room, bed, staff, and breakfast were all great!

Everyone was very nice and friendly except the man who ran the cafeteria. He was rude. He said the kitchen was closed, and we couldn't eat the buffet food. He said we needed a voucher. We didn't have one nor did we know where to get one. CLOSED!

Nothing you can do about it, but there were a lot of people that were coughing and hacking during both times I was in the restaurant part of the building. And I mean really hacking. Made the stay a little more uncomfortable
