Big room. Nice walk in shower.

Cold lobby and breakfast area.

Beds were very comfortable, clean, hotel itself was very nice.

STAFF WAS HORRIBLE, and check in was a nightmare

Cleanliness. Big luggage platform for east access to suitcase contents. Roomy rooms. Great showers with grab bars. Awesome breakfast with staff that does continual clean up and replenishment.

Suggestions: 2 chairs to sit and play games or eat. Sofa is low for this. Comment: love the hard surface floors. Please continue to replace carpet. Great idea.

The location was good for an overnight stop while traveling. They had chargers for my electric vehicle that worked great

the staff was not friendly. The air conditioned in the room was falling off it’s mount and you could see daylight through a crack in the unit. The crack was so large, mosquitos were able to fly into the room. Hotel looks tired and old

the heat was broken and it was freezing temperatures. the hotel staff noted that there was nothing that the could do to assist. we had to bundle up in our winter gear to try to sleep.

It was clean, nice, quiet. Good breakfast.

Hotel is becoming tired. Entry cards did not work on several attempts. Remote needed batteries changed. In bathroom the drain for bathtub did not work. Coffee in room was the worse! Coffee at breakfast was not much better.

Rooms were large and very clean.

The owner requires Fox News to be blasting in the breakfast room. You cannot change the channel or turn it off.

Very large suite. Decent indoor pool and hot tub.

The beds were the most uncomfortable (hard like a rock) beds. The breakfast was ok. No waffle maker or pancake maker. Ongoing construction. Things falling apart in the bathroom. The lady who served us upon check in was very rude.

Location was perfect for us. Restaurants close to hotel. Room was clean and nice.

Bathroom needed some work. Trim around the floor especially. The bathtub should be checked. When in the shower, the tub creaked like it was going to fall thru the floor.

I BOOKED THIS BUT DID NOT RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION. I DIDN'T RECALL WHERE IT WAS BECAUSE I REQUESTED MARION IL AND THIS ONE WAS ADDED TO THE SELECTION WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE. I HAD NO IDEA WHERE I HAD BOOKED SO I REBOOKED ANOTHER HOTEL. VERY UNHAPPY WITH THIS
