- TV Remote badly worn. No stations available.
- The fact that their general manager is terrible at customer service
- The breakfast was served in the main lobby which was very small and uncomfortable. People were in and out the main door and it was not very conducive to a nice snack. The cleaners were hovering in the hallway very early (before 8AM) each day-not good.
