- The staff are so polite and respectful and they're the for the customers.
- The kindness and attentiveness of the staff and management. This property is a new renovation, everything was beautiful and squeaky clean, and this not problem of my TV remote control not working was dealt with immediately.

- That the pool wasn't open the customer but the reasure me that it will be open soon.
- my PowerChair didn?t fit in the Bedroom looked at 2 other rooms was taken to a handicapped accessible, room was good until sink water started running on the floor from pipe. Later sink filled up with nasty water later over flowed. It was horrible
