The room had an odor that could not be identified. The shower head was clogged

Room was spacious.

There were extra fees at the last minute we could barely afford due to our emergency situation.

Near the hihgway.

The bottom sheet was to small to cover the bed. The person seeing up breakfast over slept and nothing was ready at 6th which prevented any early start.

Couch, shower.

I liked the easiness in getting in and out of motel. The people who ran the motel were very nice.

I liked the location, and the ease of getting around the local area, such as, Visiting Collinsville's, Gift Shop's, Walmart, and Dining.

I kept having to get new Key Cards, the one I was first issued, I found would not work the following day. The Internet was not working all the time, and No room Coffee Pot.

It was convenient to our destination.

My wife said the bed was terrible, mattress springs jabbed her all night long so she couldn't sleep. Pillows were paper thin. No refridgeration, in room coffee or breakfast. Needed refrigeration for medicine. We've stayed in less expensive hotels than the $89 room. Wall paper falling off wall and woodwork was chipped. Sorry we booked this motel after viewing pictures which are very misleading. Would not stay again.

The remote location. Comfort of the beds were decent.

The air conditioning in our room was horrible. The shower water pressure was weak. The lighting was bad. The ceiling looked disgusting.

Unexpected charges and terrible service. Rooms were dirty and so weee the restrooms. Staff was in a bad mood and takes too long for service.

It was in my price range and what I was looking for

the pool was under repair and the room really needs some updates. The common area was dirty and had I wanted to have breakfast I would of chose someplace else.

Yes! It was dirty and there were bugs in the room. The toilet did not flush.

For twelve or fifteen years I have stayed in this motel while attending a bridge tournament. This time will be my last, because the plumbing did not work well, the fug was not vacuumed, and the public computer was so dirty that I did not use it.

The bathrooms, sheets, furniture, and carpet were all filthy. I asked for clean sheets and was given the run around. Also, we were charged for having a third person. Really?

The sheets were dirty. When I called the office to ask for new ones she sad yet weren't available. Yuck.

It provided me with the necessities that I needed inside the room.

The continental breakfast was terrible. Only had like 3 white bagels and fruit loops. Needs improvement.
