Liked the shower wall big bottles of soap, shampoo and conditioner - much better than those tiny bottles

Lobby was dark and uninviting. In the afternoon, all lights were off in the dining area, making it even more dark and uninviting

Hot breakfast and selections were great. Nice staff and location.

Recently renovated and it shows. Comfortable and clean, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, the pool area was clean and well maintained.

No heat lamp in the bathroom. Even on a hot day I like having one when I step out of the shower.

Tv was not operating properly, and we had to repeatedly call the front desk to fix what was clearly a reoccurring problem. The front desk employee was helpful. Coffee was not good - I'm not in need of anything fancy, but this stuff was disappointing.

This hotel is in a good location in Marion. It is very clean. We have stayed here twice in the last month. Once in a king room and once in a room with 2 queens. The rooms are plenty big. They have a hot breakfast, AC gets nice and cold.:)

Maybe rethink where handicap room's are placed. They should be close to the elevator or on the first floor.

Our door lock wouldn't work with the key cards we were given. The front door clerk did fix it after several trys.

Room was clean and met the needs for our family for the night.

Staff was welcoming and kind and tried to accommodate us.

We booked a double queen room for the four travelers. When we arrived after 16 hours of travel, we were told they over booked and had nothing but a king room without a couch. Two people had to sleep on the floor. They did give us two pillows and blanket

The location is IDEAL for anyone staying in Marion. Plus, the staff is super friendly, and the breakfast was great.

Lamp had strains on it, the ceiling paint was coming off over the bathtub, walls had marks on it, carpet had strains, desk chair wasn¿t clean.

Was constantly having problems with the key cards. The carpet was Filthy. Was missing a curtain. Toilet overflowed the second day. Didn¿t have a remote for the tv. Had to go down stairs to get a remote. Attended had to come in the room and set the tv up.

The breakfast was wonderful. The front desk staff were amazing.

The only thing I would¿ve changed changed is that there wasn¿t any chair or anything in our room. There was a ton of empty space like there had been a chair in the corner.

Soft pillows, comfortable bed

The room's carpet was extremely dirty, there was no cleaning services and I found an empty box behind the chair. Very poor cleaning for such a price.
