There was a security deposit collected, which is refundable, EXCEPT, I was charged an additional $12.00 fee per room, nonrefundable. I was told it was for cleaning the room before arrival and after leaving. This should not be passed to the renters!!

Staff was nice

Make you pay $2/night for utility charges. They charge you $70 + the utility fee. After you check out they only refund the $70 fee days later. Doesnt say anywhere that you have to pay a utility fee. This is more a long term stay place, not hotel.

Room is well maintained

I booked a King bed room and got the confirmation, how ever when i reached hotel the staff said we were sold out completely and no rrom is available. after a huge discussion they offered me a queen bed room which is not at all accepted.

The room had a weird smell. It also did not have any complementary breakfast or items like shampoo and conditioner in the room.

Bodily fluids through out the room, receipts and tags of women's lingerie in the drawers, prositutes conducting business loudly, Smoking pot and cigarettes openly within the hotel and management is useless.

Very minimalist, designed more for someone who wanted to stay longer than 1 or 2 nights and bring their own supplies. No shampoo, limited amenities, etc.

Weed smell in elevator, broken drawers, dripping faucet... Staff is unmotivated and stupid. No breakfast anymore. Old rooms that smell like marijuana.

Very quiet and very clean. Perfect! Will be staying here again next time I'm in IL. I was only there for one night even though this is an extended stay hotel. Very reasonable price for the area as well.

Nothing. At. All.

If you love the smell of cigarettes and mildew, then this is the place for you! No chair at the desk, holes in the wall, and cigarette burns in the carpet. This place should be condemned.

It wasn't as clean or as well kept up as other rooms we stayed in during a cross-country trip. The bathroom had a scent that made it clear people had smoked in there, despite it being a no smoking hotel.

Location

Poor service at the desk, we were sent to an occupied room. The room had nothing in it, no dishes, coffee pot, it was empty. Fire alarm went off at 12:30 am. Couldn't watch movies. We were so disappointed with our 3 night stay. The Worst!

The room was huge but I think it was a handicap room.

Floor was filthy, did not have the dishes and pots and pans, blow dryers, no breakfast that they usually have. Was suppose to be a non smoking room but smelled like smoke. Had cigarette burns on the bathroom sink.

When I got to the 3rd floor it was apparent the the room had not been serviced. I went back down to notify the front desk and she seemed miffed and swore. She did give me another room though. This one has ants all over the counter and filthy floors.
